Position Summary: Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region has been in the business of changing lives for over 95 years. We are part of an amazing group of people that come together to make a profound impact on our community. Our mission is to provide free job training to people with barriers to employment.   • Court Ordered Community Service
  • Agency Partnerships (Must be approved through the Corporate Office)

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
  • Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus

Language Skills: Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear and type. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
