Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake an array of responsibilities that directly influence patient outcomes:

  • Manage and conduct psychological testing as required, providing essential insights into patients' mental health status.
  • Supervise social work interns or student volunteers, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.
  • Complete auxiliary tasks assigned by the Unit Chief or Clinical Supervisor that support unit operations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications

To be successful in this position, candidates must have:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
