Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient status using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to guide the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive outpatient therapy, continually assessing patient progress and implementing effective interventions tailored to specific needs.
• Document all treatment records and clinical information accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families to create individualized, consensus-based treatment plans that reflect cultural considerations and meet patient goals.
• Coordinate referrals and establish strong relationships with other clinicians or community organizations to enhance service provision and support seamless patient care.
• Engage in the education and mentorship of interns, students, and volunteers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
