  • Configure and support platforms such as F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), A10, or cloud-native load balancers
  • Optimize application performance through tuning of persistence profiles, health monitors, iRules/policies, and traffic steering logic
  • Lead efforts in capacity planning, failover design, and disaster recovery for application delivery infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot complex network and application performance issues across multi-tier environments
  • Partner with application, DevOps, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services
  • Implement and maintain secure traffic flows, including WAF integration, TLS best practices, and DDoS mitigation strategies
  • Automate load balancer provisioning and configuration using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or vendor APIs
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks for traffic engineering and load balancing practices

Technical Leadership

  • Serve as an enterprise-wide authority on technology standards, patterns, and best practices.
  • Guide best practices adoption, modernization, and migration initiatives across business units.
  • Provide governance for solution design, ensuring compliance, security, and performance objectives are met.
  • Mentor engineers and junior architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Implementation & Optimization
