โ€ข Communicate concisely and clearly to diverse audiences, including presenting compelling business cases to executive leadership and representing Rubrik as a security expert to external audiences, customers, and ecosystem partners.
โ€ข Drive significant business impact by identifying market opportunities and leading new product developments that contribute measurable increases to quarterly revenue, profitability, and customer trust.
โ€ข Act as a mentor and role model for other Product Managers, sharing best practices, driving clarity in the face of ambiguity cross-functionally, and fostering strong partnerships with engineering teams.
Qualifications:

โ€ข Demonstrated success in owning and managing the strategy and execution of multiple, high-impact products simultaneously, leveraging a deep understanding of the underlying technology stack.
โ€ข Proven ability to define, scope, and deliver large, complex features, leveraging deep technical acumen to define architecture, requirements, and measurable KPIs/goals while engaging effectively with cross-functional teams.
โ€ข Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
โ€ข Experience in the following security domains: Zero Trust architecture and security principles, including experience translating those principles into product requirements; Authentication and authorization (SSO, SAML, OpenID, RBAC), for both human and non-human (API) actions; Data protection, immutable storage, and encryption technologies, including understanding of cryptographic primitives and key management architectures.
