Own the strategy and execution of integrated demand generation programs across Flywheel and Perpetua, driving qualified pipeline through multi-channel campaigns, account-based marketing, and strategic sales enablement.

• Build and execute North America demand generation strategy, translating it into measurable pipeline impact across awareness, engagement, meetings, and revenue
• Lead channel optimization (paid search, social, LinkedIn, SEO, email, webinars) and manage budget allocation based on performance and pipeline contribution
• Partner with Sales Directors, BDRs, and Growth Marketing to develop account-based strategies, sales plays, and enablement content that drives self-sourced pipeline
• Own full-funnel reporting and analytics - establishing KPIs by channel, campaign, and persona while identifying bottlenecks and driving rapid iteration
• Support event-driven demand generation and event ROI tracking
• Lead and coach demand generation team members within a cross-functional Center of Excellence model

• 8+ years of B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or integrated campaign experience (3+ years leading teams)
• Commercially minded with proven success driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel programs
• Data-driven and analytical—comfortable diagnosing problems, optimizing performance, and communicating business impact
• Experienced with ABM, paid media, marketing automation (HubSpot), Salesforce, and analytics platforms
• Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels
• Experience in digital commerce, SaaS, managed services, or marketing services is a plus

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.

Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
