Job Summary:

The Warehouser will perform a variety of tasks regarding inventory.


JOB DUTIES:

  • Ship/Receive incoming freights
  • Distribute shop supplies upon employee requests.
  • Maintain inventory of shop supplies.
  • Operate forklift.
  • Pickup/deliver items to different locations.
  • Checkout loads that are leaving to ensure all items are on the truck.
  • Assist with shop cleanup.
  • Other duties as needed.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be forklift certified.
  • Previous experience working in an industrial environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Ability to stand/walk 95% of the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance from overhead cranes or coworkers.
  • Twist, reach, and bend frequently.
  • Possess hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity (gross and fine).
  • Possess depth perception and peripheral vision.
  • Possess the ability to hear.


WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Subject to standing on hard surfaces up to 12 hours per day.
  • Exposure to hot and cold conditions, noise, chemicals, heavy equipment and machinery.

All listed amounts are net pay & available to hourly manufacturing personnel only.

  • $150 2 weeks employed*
  • $350 6 months employed**
  • $500 12 months employed**

*Requires zero (0) tardies or unexcused absences allowed during this time period.

** Associate must not receive any progressive discipline per the Employee Handbook.
