Job Description

RightNow Media is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in McKinney, TX. In this role, you’ll play a key part in deepening customer relationships and helping users get the most out of our streaming library of biblical video content. You’ll also focus on customer engagement initiatives and contribute to strategies that reduce churn and strengthen long-term loyalty.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years of professional marketing experience who is looking to gain more experience across all areas of marketing, specifically within a Christian media/SaaS company!

Responsibilities

Assist with various aspects of marketing including but not limited to:

· User Engagement

· Write email copy for campaigns that drive engagement and reduce churn

· Support the building and testing of emails, including checking links, formatting, and segmentation, before they go out

· Coordinate mobile communications, including push notifications and in-app messages, to encourage ongoing platform use

· Contribute to the monthly customer communications calendar process

· Assist with monthly communication reporting

· Support organic social media efforts, including day-to-day content execution and community management

· Customer Retention

· Support the Customer Success team with ad hoc needs such as resource templates, assets, and other retention-focused materials

· Support the execution of Customer Success webinars

· Gather customer quotes, format case studies, and organize product referrals that can be used to tell positive customer stories

· Other Marketing Projects and Tasks

· Attend and participate in marketing ideation and project meetings as applicable

· Write and edit Marketing content as needed

· Experience working in an email marketing platform (MailChimp, Braze, Constant Contact, etc.)

· Familiar working knowledge of all major Microsoft Office platforms

· Familiarity with RightNow Media video content and libraries a plus

· Basic knowledge of HTML a plus

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday

Work Location

Office in McKinney, Texas (This is not a remote position.)

Salary

$45,000-50,000 annually, depending upon experience
