$65,000–$70,000 First-Year Earnings | Paid Training | Monday–Friday Schedule | Full Benefits

No commercial kitchen equipment experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive paid training to teach you everything you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

After completing training, you'll become the primary point of contact for customers by installing commercial dishwashers and related equipment at restaurants and other food service facilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Install commercial dishwashing equipment at customer locations
  • Ensure equipment is installed safely and operating properly
  • Train customers on the proper use and operation of their equipment
  • Troubleshoot basic installation issues
  • Build strong customer relationships through outstanding service
  • Drive a company vehicle to customer locations throughout your route
What You'll Receive

✔ First-Year Earnings: $65,000–$70,000 including overtime and on-call pay

✔ Consistent Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (40–50 hours per week)

✔ Paid Training: Learn a skilled trade with hands-on training and ongoing development

✔ Outstanding Benefits

  • Vacation: Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay period
  • Paid Sick Time: Up to 40 hours per year
  • Paid Holidays: 6 company-observed holidays + 1 floating holiday

What We're Looking For
  • Mechanically inclined with an interest in hands-on work
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Construction, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, automotive, military, or other mechanical experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation every 10 weeks
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and move equipment weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Frequently bend, kneel, squat, and climb
  • Drive throughout the workday
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
