Job description

Terra Stoneworks is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential stone and countertop projects from kickoff through completion. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable coordinating multiple projects while working closely with estimating, production, scheduling, and installation teams.

You’ll serve as the key point of contact throughout the project, making sure expectations are clear, details are accurate, timelines stay on track, and customers receive an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

$100,000+ On Target Earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initial handoff through final installation and completion.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Review project details, plans, measurements, specifications, pricing, and timelines to ensure accuracy.

  • Coordinate with estimating, production, scheduling, and installation teams to keep projects moving efficiently.

  • Communicate project updates, changes, and expectations clearly with customers and internal teams.

  • Monitor project schedules and proactively address delays, issues, or potential problems.

  • Coordinate material selections, approvals, fabrication, delivery, and installation.

  • Review project scope and identify potential changes or additional requirements.

  • Resolve customer concerns and project issues quickly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate project information within the company's CRM or job management system.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  • Conduct project follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction through completion.

  • Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, designers, and homeowners.

  • Identify opportunities to improve project processes, communication, and customer experience.


Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of project management, construction coordination, account management, or a related role.

  • Experience in countertops, stone fabrication, kitchen & bath, cabinetry, remodeling, home building, or construction is strongly preferred.

  • Previous experience working with granite, quartz, or other natural and engineered stone is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of construction or residential remodeling processes.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at once.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Comfortable coordinating with customers, contractors, installers, and internal teams.

  • Experience using CRM, ERP, or job management software.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

  • Passionate about delivering quality work and an exceptional customer experience.
