Job description

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third‑party logistics (3PL) provider offering a comprehensive range of supply chain services. Leveraging an experienced management team and advanced technology, LINC delivers customized logistics solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings for its customers.


This role is based in Racine, WI, supporting Case New Holland operations. The facility provides warehouse services including pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management, playing a critical role in supporting production and distribution needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping
  • Ensuring logistics processes operate efficiently while maintaining high service and performance standards
  • Managing and leading warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance management, and policy enforcement
  • Implementing and enforcing OSHA standards and company safety programs
  • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and facility performance
  • Developing and managing facility budgets, with responsibility for labor, utilities, and equipment cost control
  • Supporting audits and regulatory inspections as required
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow efficiency, quality, safety, and employee engagement


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or facility management
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced distribution or warehousing environment
  • Strong knowledge of WMS platforms, inventory systems, and logistics processes
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Working knowledge of regulatory and safety standards, including OSHA
