Job description


We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Milwaukee location. As a leading specialty building materials distributor with a strong presence throughout the Midwest, you will play a key role in driving branch performance, developing employees, growing sales, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, warehouse, and logistics.
  • Drive branch sales growth, profitability, and market share through effective leadership and business development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch personnel while fostering a positive team culture.
  • Manage branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
