Job description
NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED SKYTRIM / JARRAFF OPERATORS
Riggs Tree Service is looking for EXPERIENCED operators to join our Utility Vegetation Management team!
If you have hands-on experience operating a SkyTrim, Jarraff, or similar vegetation management/heavy equipment and know how to work safely and productively in utility rights-of-way, we want to hear from you!
WE'RE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED OPERATORS WHO CAN:
- Safely operate SkyTrim, Jarraff, and vegetation management equipment
- Perform tree trimming and vegetation clearing along utility rights-of-way
- Work safely around energized electrical facilities
- Identify vegetation hazards and potential safety concerns
- Perform equipment inspections and routine preventative maintenance
- Work outdoors in varying terrain and weather conditions
- Maintain productivity while delivering safe, quality work
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
EXPERIENCE IS IMPORTANT — this is an operator position, and we're looking for candidates with previous equipment experience.
Experience in utility vegetation management, right-of-way clearing, forestry, tree care, construction, or heavy equipment operation is strongly preferred.
CDL is a plus!
