Job description

We are seeking a skilled Data and Analytics Specialist to build robust reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, and data reconciliation processes supporting the FDA enterprise learning ecosystem.

This position is contingent upon award.

Work Schedule and Location
  • This position is remote with periodic on-site presence in Silver Spring, MD

  • Clearance Requirement: Current or ability to obtain Public Trust clearance required.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

As the Data and Analytics Specialist, you will oversee enterprise learning data integrity, analytics frameworks, compliance reporting, and business intelligence solutions. You will design, build, and maintain interactive operational dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow analytics capabilities. Your work will involve reconciling complex learning records across systems, validating training transcripts, monitoring intake metrics, and generating audit-ready compliance reports for FDA leadership and external oversight bodies.

What You Bring to the Table - Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) yearsof progressive experience in data analytics, learning data management, or business intelligence.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, computer science, information management, or a related data discipline.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in business intelligence and reporting tools, specifically Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and ServiceNow analytics modules.

  • Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Demonstrated experience performing data validation, cross-system transcript reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and audit reporting.

  • Learning Ecosystem Context: Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) reporting structures, learner analytics, completion metrics, and training compliance tracking.
