Key Responsibilities
- Analyze pricing, occupancy, demand, customer behavior, and competitive data to identify revenue opportunities and recommend actions.
- Develop analyses, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and measure pricing effectiveness.
- Conduct testing and analysis of pricing, promotional, and revenue initiatives to identify incremental growth opportunities.
- Perform store-level and portfolio analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology to support data-driven business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, pricing, consulting, finance, or other highly analytical environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel required; experience with SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, ownership mentality, and a passion for using data to challenge assumptions and solve complex business problems.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
