As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact while gaining hands-on experience in your area of interest. Volunteers will contribute to the successful execution of key projects and initiatives, helping us advance our mission and reach a broader audience.

Key Responsibilities: Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day operations and supporting key organizational projects. Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Support the development of operational strategies and assist in their execution.

HR: Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting opportunities, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews. Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and volunteer management. Help with onboarding new volunteers and staff members, ensuring a positive start.

Research: Conduct research on topics relevant to the organization's goals, projects, and initiatives. Analyze data and compile findings to support decision-making and strategy development. Help with creating research reports and presentations to share insights with the team.
