Desert Valley Medical Group in Victorville, California is looking for an OB/GYN physician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a physician looking for strong earning potential, practice support, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a community that needs you.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate OB-GYN physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including preventive health, routine exams, high-risk pregnancy management, and surgical procedures as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive OB-GYN care to patients of all ages
  • Manage both routine and high-risk pregnancies
  • Perform gynecological surgeries and procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
  • Provide patient education and counseling

Qualifications

Pay Transparency

Desert Valley Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $550,000 for FT, or $3,000 daily rate.The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
