Department:
Shift: Full-Time, Days, 1.0 FTE: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM 
Facility: Olympia Fields Hospital
Location:

The Home Care Manager of Nursing is a Registered Nurse who assumes 24 hour administrative responsibility for the management of all nursing home care service functions. In collaboration with executive leadership, responsible for the overall nursing administration, development, and implementation of home health services. Develops and implements departmental plans, including performance improvement activities and compliance with current regulations. Supervises and evaluates all personnel assigned to the department and effectively utilizes home care nursing personnel. Communicates with staff, physicians, and administration both written and verbally.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

  1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field required.
  2. Master’s degree preferred.
  3. Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
  4. Minimum of three (3) years professional nursing experience required.
  5. Minimum of two (2) years Home Care Manager experience required.
  6. Current driver’s license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
