Be a part of an amazing leadership team where your voice matters and you help us deliver AMAZING experiences to our customers and fellow Team Members.
Our flexible work schedule allows you to work around your other commitments to achieve a better work-life balance. We are open 7 days a week and our typical opening Team Members start as early as 9:30am and closing Team Members stay as late as 5:00am. Toppers has hours available that will work for you!
Responsibilities
  • Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs
  • Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed
  • Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes
  • Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile
  • Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner
  • Train new Team Members on daily tasks
  • Balance cash draw and prepare deposit

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience

Preferred Experience
  • Food Manager Certification
