Job Title: Production WorkerJob DescriptionThe Production Worker plays a key role in the fabric department by folding, counting, visually inspecting, and packaging finished products according to detailed work orders. This position focuses on maintaining product consistency and accuracy while preparing items for shipment, and involves regular lifting and standing in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities- Fold, count, and package finished fabric products in accordance with work orders, including specified quantities, colors, and packaging instructions.
- Follow detailed packaging guidelines, including how products must be stacked and arranged within specific boxes.
- Perform thorough visual inspections of all products to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to standards.
- Accurately match products and packaging to work order requirements and verify counts before final packing.
- Lift and move boxes and materials weighing up to 30 lbs throughout the workday.
- Remain standing for extended periods while performing folding, inspection, and packaging tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow.
- Adapt to different roles and tasks within the production area as needed and learn new responsibilities.
- Follow directions from supervisors and respond constructively to feedback.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in a busy production environment.
Essential Skills- Experience with packaging and production tasks in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Ability to perform visual inspections to identify inconsistencies or defects in products.
- General labor skills, including lifting, standing, and handling materials throughout the day.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
