We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team in our Abington Branch. In this role, you will perform a variety of duties that support the customer sales and service functions of our branch. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their transactions, coordinating work within the branch, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility based on the branch's customer volume and service needs. Come work for one of the top community banks in the country! Personal Bankers assist clients with a variety of banking needs like opening new accounts, educating them on products and services, and demonstrating the ease-of-use of mobile and digital banking tools, while working to achieve established customer service and sales objectives. The Bank provides all the training and mentorship you need to support your success as a Fidelity Banker.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Sales and Service Support:
  • Provide an engaging experience for all customers (internal and external) through a committed execution of the Fidelity Model Experience and by embodying the organization's core values.
  • Engage with customers to identify their financial needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
  • Assist customers in achieving their financial goals through consultative conversations.
  • Foster relationships with existing customers to identify cross-selling opportunities and support customer retention and growth.
  • Provide direct service on deposit products and services, including completing necessary documentation and performing point-of-sale processing.
  • Solicit new business from prospective customers and nurture ongoing relationships with current customers to ensure continued growth.
