Class A Truck Driver – $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

If you want a steady Southeast route with reliable miles and big extra payouts for your physical effort, this dedicated lane is a great fit. We are looking for drivers who want to keep moving throughout the week and get home every single week for a guaranteed 34-hour home reset.

What You'll Earn

  • $1,300–$1,600 average weekly pay (Annual earnings between $67K–$83K)
  • ~$1.20 all-in average pay per mile once you add in the extras
  • $240 for every single trailer you unload
  • $50 for processing backhauls
  • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus ($500 after first load, $500 at 30 days, $1,000 at 60 days)

The Route & Workload

  • Lanes: Regular runs across Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama.
  • Volume: Averaging 1,100 to 1,300 miles per week.
  • Freight: 100% touch freight doing live unloads at Dollar Tree and Family Dollar stores using a roller system.
  • Home Time: Home weekly for a guaranteed 34-hour reset.
  • Paid Training: Travel to Savannah, GA right after hire for a 1-week ride-along at $150/day.

The Schedule

  • Most deliveries happen early in the morning, requiring overnight driving or early departures.
  • Because retail freight moves 24/7, nights, weekends, and holidays are a standard part of your regular rotation.

What We Need From You

  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • At least 3 months of CDL-A experience within the last 3 years.
  • Physical capability to handle manual box-by-box store unloads safely.
  • Strong customer service skills and ready to bring 2 weeks of supplies to orientation.
  • Secure Parking Required: You must have a verified, secure commercial location to park the truck and trailer during home time (unsecured parking is strictly prohibited).
