Duties * Serves as an Executive Assistant and Advisor to the DISA Global Commander, Technical Director and Senior Enlisted Leader. * Coordinates distribution of information or materials with external entities; coordinates meeting/seminar/conference logistics. * Serves as a timekeeper and maintains time and attendance for the Command. * Prepares travel arrangements for all Command Group members in the Defense Travel System (DTS), to include detailed itinerary, flight arrangements, lodging, rental car, and scheduling meetings at location. * At the GG-12 level, acts as the primary Task Officer/Action Officer, facilitating all tasks and suspense items for the command. To qualify at the GG-12 grade level, your resume must describe at least one year of qualifying experience equivalent to the GS/GG-11 grade level in the Federal service.
