What are we looking for?

The Technical Report Writer is responsible for preparing technical reports under minimal direction from senior engineering staff.

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $20/hour - $25/hour. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare technical reports under minimal direction from senior engineering staff
  • Generate technical reports from raw data
  • Prepare reports by collecting information
  • Provide historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems
  • Maintain reports using existing web-based software
  • Work with the Quality team to ensure all the records are in compliance with the quality system
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Perform other duties as required

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years of directly related experience
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and interact effectively in written, verbal written and presentation formats
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Must be energized and self-motivated and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
  • Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
