WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build and lead the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure and data center projects that increase reliability, performance, and scalability across the firm
Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules, including milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation to drive timely, on-budget delivery
Partner with network engineering, data center operations, security, business teams, and external vendors to coordinate implementation and resolve technical or operational blockers
Oversee installation and commissioning of network hardware, software, cabling, and data center systems while minimizing disruption to trading and business operations
Ensure solutions conform to business requirements, technical standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance expectations
Design and execute measurable change management plans that include stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption metrics, and satisfaction tracking to maximize successful technology adoption
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during project delivery, delivering clear status updates, managing expectations, and escalating issues to leadership when needed
Drive continuous improvement of delivery and implementation processes by capturing lessons learned, applying industry best practices, and standardizing repeatable deployment patterns
Champion the adoption of automation and artificial intelligence tools to accelerate delivery, reduce manual effort, and improve operational visibility
WHAT'S REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, network engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project delivery and implementation with a primary focus on network infrastructure and data center solutions
Extensive experience working at a financial or asset management firm, with familiarity in low-latency networking, high-availability architectures, and industry-specific infrastructure requirements
Demonstrated technical knowledge of network and data center infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, dense wavelength division multiplexing, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, DHCP, power systems, cooling, structured cabling, colocation operations, and cloud connectivity
Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects, including development of detailed schedules, resource planning, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation
Practical experience applying change management methodologies such as Prosci and developing measurable adoption plans with stakeholder engagement and training components
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, SharePoint, and Teams, and experience leveraging automation and AI tools to improve delivery productivity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels

The annual base salary range for this role is $250,000-$300,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
