Job description

East Bank Club is looking to add a knowledgeable and emotionally intelligent Pilates Instructor to join our team of seasoned professionals. Do you enjoy collaborating and learning from people who also love the Pilates Method? This could be a place where you can thrive.
The Pilates Instructor leads private and small group classes in our two beautifully appointed Pilates equipment studios.
Rate of Pay: 50% commission for Private and Semi-Private session per hour. For Group Classes which are limited to 6 students, the class pay is $60 for 1-5 students and $70 if a class fills to 6.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Teach private and semi-private Pilates classes using all Pilates equipment including reformers, towers, and stability chairs.
  • Motivate participants of all levels in classes that are safe, effective, and challenging.
  • Build and manage a set schedule of standing clients.

Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA. We use E-Verify.
  • Completion of comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor Training.
  • Must be skilled at the proper and safe use of the equipment during each class to ensure a safe experience.
  • Must be able to provide outstanding customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work harmoniously with others.
  • Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education training and seminars.
