  • Performing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and testing equipment to ensure proper operation prior to delivery
  • Configuring and calibrating precision ag technology as needed
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues during setup
  • Collaborating with service and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate setup documentation, including software updates and adjustments
  • Following all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

  • Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with teammates and customers
  • Representing True North Equipment with professionalism in all interactions

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Flex up to 5 hours of overtime per week based on workload

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in agricultural equipment assembly, setup, or service
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with John Deere equipment and precision ag technology preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team
  • Effective communication skills with both customers and team members
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and software updates
  • Physical ability to lift heavy parts, climb ladders, and work in various conditions
  • Reliable attendance and a strong team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications
