This key leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability within the fixed operations department. Responsibilities Manage and direct all fixed operations activities including service.. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Lead, coach, and mentor department managers and staff to achieve performance goals.
