Design Exceptional User Experiences for Mission Applications
DeNOVO Solutions is seeking a UI/UX Engineer – Mid to design and implement user experiences that meet functional and usability requirements while conducting user research and refining designs based on feedback and analytics. This role develops interactive prototypes to validate workflows and user journeys and ensures consistency across components through adherence to design systems. The engineer collaborates closely with developers to translate designs into functional, user-friendly interfaces.

A Day in the Life:

What You Need:
  • Experience: Five (5) to ten (10) years of related professional experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a computer science or related discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, programming, or systems engineering). An additional two (2) years of related experience in programs or projects similar in scope may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related engineering discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, operations research, cyber security, engineering or computer science) may be substituted for two (2) years of experience. A PhD from an accredited college or university in a related engineering discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, operations research, cyber security, engineering or computer science) may be substituted for four (4) years of experience.

Salary Range: $145,000.00 - $175,000.00 (Commensurate with experience)

We recognize that a candidate's unique experience and qualifications may justify compensation beyond this range. Therefore, we remain open to considering higher salary offers for exceptionally qualified candidates.
