THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

High-Volume Coordination: Manage incoming calls and emails with speed and professionalism.

Order Architecture: Enter customer orders with high attention to detail to ensure seamless delivery.

Client Advocacy: Assist with inquiries, monitor requests, and route complex needs to the right departments.

Operational Support: Maintain accurate records and support the team during peak delivery windows.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 2+ years of prior Customer Service experience (Logistics or Office experience preferred).

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook are essential).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check/drug screening.
