What You'll Do
  • Own and evolve Myriad's international product portfolio, aligning strategy to regional market dynamics and growth opportunities
  • Partner with Regulatory, Commercial, and Biopharma teams to define and execute international expansion strategies (with emphasis on Japan and Europe)
  • Lead product positioning and messaging - translating complex science into differentiated, market-ready value propositions
  • Build and validate business cases for new opportunities, including market analysis, segmentation, VOC insights, and product requirements
  • Drive commercialization strategy, including launch planning, messaging, and enablement for downstream marketing and sales teams
  • Continuously assess product and portfolio performance - turning field insights and customer feedback into actionable improvements
  • Support market access and reimbursement efforts with clear technical and clinical value articulation
  • Represent Myriad at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory landscapes across international regions
  • Build and maintain key customer relationships to inform product evolution and ensure successful adoption
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences (e.g., biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology); advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of product management and commercialization experience within biotech, diagnostics, or oncology
  • Proven experience commercializing IVD or genomic products in international markets, particularly Japan and Europe
  • Deep familiarity with genomic technologies (e.g., NGS, liquid biopsy, precision medicine); MRD experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success launching clinical diagnostic products and driving global go-to-market strategy
  • Strong track record of influencing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable business impact
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear strategy and executive-level communication
  • Balance of analytical rigor and creative thinking in product and market strategy
  • Comfortable operating in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
