TGH Home Care powered by VNA of Florida provides a full array of home care services for TGH patients, and those in the community needing home care. This office continues the same level of care and experience received at Tampa General Hospital.ย 

The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 50-year-old home health agency that is vastly growing. We are seeking an Exceptional Regional Senior Director of Nursing to join our team.

Theย Regional Senior Director of Nursing will ensure the delivery of quality care to patients through effective hiring, training and retention of field and office staff. Overseeing and managing the efficient operation of the department while providing customer service oriented coordination of services. Assures compliance with agency policies and procedures, current physician's orders, appropriate interventions and complete and accurate documentation in the clinical record. Ensure effective sales and administrative procedures are employed that result in a positive financial outcome.

Reporting Office Downtown Tampa with travel to the Pasco, Pinellas Offices. Coverage area Hillsborough, Polk, Manatee, Pinellas and Pasco counties.

Job Descriptions:

Reviews daily, weekly and monthly reports to obtain optimal financial outcomes. Exercises expense control for all resources. Pays specific attention to case management and financial management activities to assure that prime indicators in the area of employee productivity, accounts receivable, pricing, pay rates, margins, visit verification and volume are achieved.

Conducts and manages sales activities to establish successful referral relationships. Responsible for meeting budgeted revenue for skilled and paraprofessional care. Must pre-plan marketing needs, activities and events in a time frame to ensure that necessary branded advertising and give away items are available.

Prior Home Health Care - and field management experience a MUST.
