Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related security incidents.

Automation & Operational Excellence

Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, standards, diagrams, and operating procedures. Improve operational efficiency through automation, monitoring, and process optimization. Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations as needed.

Collaboration & Leadership

Lead infrastructure projects from planning through implementation. Mentor junior administrators and technical support personnel. Collaborate with networking, security, application, and business teams to deliver technology solutions. Work with vendors and service providers to support infrastructure initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

7+ years of enterprise systems administration experience.

Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity initiatives.

Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.

Experience supporting distributed or global organizations.

What Success Looks Like
