Job description

Contract to Permanent Position (Onsite Role) - Please Apply ONLY if you have both Workspace One and Microsoft InTune experience

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile Device Management Support:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of VMWare Workspace ONE and Microsoft InTunes under the guidance of the Senior Mobility Admin.

Device Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and maintain mobile devices across Apple and Android platforms.
  • Gather and analyze device performance metrics to improve management efficiency.

Documentation and Collaboration:

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of mobile device configurations and assist in the development of policies for mobile management.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk team to provide basic troubleshooting and escalate issues as needed.

Policy Compliance and Testing:

  • Enforce and support IT security policies across mobile devices.
  • Assist in testing and rolling out updates to devices and management systems.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3 -5 years of experience with mobile device management tools like VMWare Workspace ONE
  • 3 -5 years of experience with Microsoft InTunes

Mobile Platforms:

  • Basic knowledge of Apple iOS and Android OS mobile environments.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or military experience preferred.

Technical Aptitude:

  • Strong willingness to learn and develop hands-on skills in mobile management systems and IT infrastructure.
  • Some exposure to networking, systems administration, or related IT fields is a plus.
