Job description

This role involves managing and supporting endpoint management platforms (Jamf Pro and VMware Workspace ONE), overseeing Google Workspace administration, and ensuring secure and efficient device and application management across a mixed OS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support for Jamf Pro and VMware Workspace ONE in a mixed environment
  • Supporting the move from JAMF Pro to Workspace ONE
  • Oversee Google Workspace administration and configuration.
  • Implement device policies, security settings, and application deployments.
  • Troubleshoot endpoint-related issues.
  • Document managed environments and processes.
  • Understand the end user experience and impact for an MDM controlled environment

Technical Skills:

  • Experience managing Jamf Pro.
  • Working knowledge of VMware Workspace ONE.
