The RolePresidio Engineer to join our National EUC Team. This is a completely remote position where you'll be driving the delivery for customers AWS, VMware, and Citrix needs. You'll be a client advocate, post-sales expert, and provide documentation when needed.
Responsibilities Include:
Design & Architecture
  • Architect and deploy AWS Appstream, Workspaces Core w/ Citrix.
  • Architect and deploy Omnissa Horizon VDI environments, including Instant Clones, RDSH, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager, TrueSSO, Workspace One Access, and Thinapp.
  • Experience with Horizon Cloud Services and supported Hyperscalers, specifically Horizon on Azure and AWS Core Solution.
  • Implement and optimize Workspace ONE UEM for device management, application delivery, and compliance enforcement.
  • Integrate Omnissa solutions for identity, access management, and zero-trust security frameworks

Required Skills and Professional Experience:
  • Technical Expertise
    • Strong hands-on experience with Citrix w/ AWS Workspaces Core and Appstream
    • Strong hands-on experience with Omnissa Horizon (VDI, App Volumes, DEM).
    • Proficiency in Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access.
    • Familiarity with Omnissa identity and access management solutions.
  • Infrastructure Knowledge
    • Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
    • Experience with SSL certificates, load balancing, and firewall rules.
  • Security
    • Knowledge of zero-trust principles, MFA, and conditional access.
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and / or military experience
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience.
    • Must be a US Citizen

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
