A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $108,400.00 to $135,500.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview
The Senior End-User Computing administrator ensures that World Wide Technology employees and contractors have performant, secure, and easy-to-use computing devices via managed platforms. EUC Administrators perform strategic projects, maintenance, and top-tier support in a highly collaborative team environment to manage and optimize our endpoint platforms, including virtual desktops, Windows, macOS, and mobility, making WWT a great place to work for all.
Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain, deploy, and troubleshoot endpoint configurations and policies for all platforms, to meet security benchmarks
  • Create and maintain software deployment packages for Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS.
  • Administer virtual desktop environment and supporting infrastructure, including maintenance, support, patching, and documentation.
  • Create and maintain documentation for fellow administrators, Service Desk, and end users.
  • Assist in patching enterprise end-user devices with OS and third-party application updates
  • Evaluate and define hardware standards.
  • Manage TEM (Telcom Expense Management ) platform.
  • Manage Mobile Phone Contracts, Billing, Usage and equipment ordering with multiple suppliers
  • Identify technical problems within EUC systems and work independently to determine solutions
  • Work closely with other teams in IT to provide root cause analysis and resolve systemic end-user issues
  • Work closely with the Global Service Desk to drive process enhancements and efficiencies
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, vendors, and customers.
  • Provide support as needed.
  • Be a part of the on-call and support rotation
  • Work on projects and tasks as assigned

Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Information Technology preferred or
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Information Systems preferred or
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Computer Science preferred
Work Experience
A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field preferred
Other Work Experience
7 years or greater experience in system administration
Experience troubleshooting end-user hardware, software, and driver issues
