Job description

CNC Machinist

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Schedule: 1st or 2nd Shift | 45–55 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on machinist who can independently set up machines, make adjustments, troubleshoot machining issues, and edit CNC programs using G&M codes.

This is a true machinist-level position, not an operator role. We are looking for someone who understands the machining process and can take ownership of a job from setup through production.

What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of CNC machining experience at the machinist level
  • Strong experience with CNC machine setups
  • Ability to make machine and tooling adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
  • Experience editing CNC programs, including G&M codes
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of cutting tools, speeds & feeds, workholding, and tooling selection
  • Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and make appropriate corrections
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned jobs
  • Willingness to work 45–55 hours per week
  • Availability for 1st or 2nd shift
Nor Required, but Bonus Experience

Experience working in a tool & die shop, tool room, or similar job-shop machining environment is highly desirable.

Candidates with a background in tool and die or tool room machining often bring the problem-solving, precision, and hands-on setup skills we're looking for.
