We are seeking a Reliability Engineer with experience in board-level reliability testing, failure analysis, and electronic validation for semiconductor products.
Required Skills & Experience:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
✅ 2+ years of experience in electronics reliability, functional testing, or failure analysis
✅ Strong knowledge of VLSI Board Design (Mandatory)
✅ Hands-on experience with:
Physical Failure Analysis (PFA)
CSAM (C-Scan Acoustic Microscopy)
X-ray Inspection
Root Cause Analysis
Board-Level Reliability Testing
Electrical & Mechanical Testing
✅ Experience with:
GPU/Tegra or high-performance server systems
Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Curve Tracers, and other lab instruments
Windows, Linux, and CentOS environments
Test automation using scripting
Microsoft Office for reporting and analysis
Key Responsibilities:
Perform board-level reliability testing and functional validation.
Execute failure analysis using PFA, CSAM, and X-ray techniques.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
