Job Description:
Design and implement new SAP DMS systems
Support existing SAP DMS systems and infrastructure
Upgrade SAP DMS software to the latest version
Optimize SAP DMS systems, processes, and operations
Troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly
Create documentation for configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guidelines
Provide go-live support and monitor system performance
Recommend solutions to improve business performance
Identify inefficiencies in SAP DMS systems
Skills and qualifications
Experience with SAP DMS applications
Experience with SAP ECC core modules
Experience with Open Text or Document-um
Experience with SAP Knowledge management and content server
Experience with metadata search and configuration
Experience with workflow configuration
