Job description

The Nurse LVN plays a crucial role in delivering direct patient care within an outpatient clinic setting. This position involves a balanced mix of clinical responsibilities, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating closely with the healthcare team. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the LVN ensures accurate documentation and effective communication to support patient health outcomes without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic environment
  • Administer medications safely and accurately
  • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of vocational nursing experience
  • Vocational Nursing Certificate or Diploma
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
  • Proficient in patient care, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and documentation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective time management abilities
