Description:
We are seeking an experienced PLM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Teamcenter and Enovia to lead solution design, data modeling, and system integration initiatives supporting enterprise-wide PLM transformation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in CAD and DMU (Digital Mockup) processes using NX and CATIA, and a proven track record architecting scalable, integrated PLM environments in complex engineering organizations. Key responsibilities:
  • Lead solution architect for the next generation Engineering CAD and DMU visualization platform
  • Implement Digital Mockup (DMU) and visualization strategies across NX and CATIA environments.
  • Define system integration strategies, including CAD and MBOM/EBOM synchronization.
  • CAD data migration and harmonization of CAD, BoM, and document management structures.
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, and manufacturing stakeholders to align PLM capabilities with business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership during implementation, validation, and user acceptance testing of the cloud-based PLM platform

This role is based in Auburn Hills, MI and is required to be on-site in our HQ building 5 days per week.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in PLM solution design and implementation.
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of Teamcenter and Enovia V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE.
  • Deep understanding of CAD integrations with Siemens NX and Dassault CATIA.
  • Experience with system integration, including data exchange and API-based connectivity.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in large-scale PLM projects.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with PLM-to-PLM migration (e.g., Enovia to Teamcenter).
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration to ERP (SAP, Oracle) and MES systems.
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation for PLM/CAD integration (ITK, Rich Client, Java, etc.).
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive industries.
