We're looking for a passionate, motivated creative who wants to do more than fill a traditional marketing position. This is an opportunity to help shape the visual identity of one of Hawaii's leading real estate brands.
If you're enthusiastic about cinematography, photography, storytelling, social media content, and design-and enjoy producing engaging work that captures attention-we'd love to hear from you. Real estate experience is not required. We value talent, curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to continuously developing your craft.
Responsibilities
- Produce cinematic listing videos
- Photograph homes and lifestyle imagery
- Film interviews and client testimonials
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos
- Capture company events and community initiatives
- Edit videos with thoughtful pacing, music, and storytelling
- Color grade and enhance audio
- Organize and manage creative assets
- Collaborate on creative campaigns and marketing concepts
- Help maintain a consistent luxury brand experience across every platform
Qualifications
You may be an excellent fit if you:
- Recently graduated from college or have 1-3 years of creative experience
- Studied film, media, communications, photography, marketing, journalism, or design
