About the Role

Brighton is seeking a results-driven Visual Merchandiser to support and elevate our specialty retail partners across the Southeast region. This role combines visual merchandising, training, and business partnership to bring the Brighton brand to life in stores while supporting sales growth and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and excited by the opportunity to travel throughout the region, build strong retail partnerships, and create exceptional brand experiences that inspire customers and drive results.


Role Summary

The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for bringing Brighton’s brand story to life by creating engaging and premium in-store experiences across a designated region. This role partners with store owners, managers, sales teams, Regional Sales Managers, Account Executives, and cross-functional peers to elevate visual presentation, drive customer engagement, and optimize product performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute visual merchandising strategies and seasonal initiatives that create inspiring customer experiences and drive sales.

  • Partner with retailers and Account Executives to provide merchandising support, training, and coaching that elevates brand presentation and customer engagement.

  • Maintain the Atlanta Showroom and support market events and special projects.

  • Leverage business insights to maximize presentation, product performance, and sales.

  • Overnight travel approximately 60-70% of the time throughout the assigned region dependent on store visits with account executives, market schedules, and business needs.

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak seasons and special events.

This position supports Brighton specialty retailers throughout the Southeast region and includes responsibility for the Atlanta Showroom which entails inventory management, seasonal setups, market support, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

The role is highly field-focused and requires regular travel to retail locations, showroom activities, markets, and special projects. Candidates should be comfortable traveling extensively throughout the region and occasionally to the Los Angeles HQ.
