We are looking for an Audio Video Field Specialist for our Minneapolis, MN, branch whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission โ€œto provide a fantastic customer experienceโ€. Someone who is passionate aboutย audio-visual technology. We take pride in our employees, who are known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done. This is not an entry-level position; we are seeking someone withย at least 4 years of experienceย with audio-visual integrationย installations, commissioning, and services.
What are your responsibilities?


- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels

- Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files

- Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions

- Other tasks as assigned

-Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
-AV/IT Networking: Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry is a must! At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual installations, commissioning, and service is required.

-A competitive base salary between 55-85k (DOE).
