Our team is looking for an Operations Leader, Data Center Cooling (DCC) to join us. You will report to the Value Stream Manager, Data Center Cooling, and will be responsible for leading daily operations, driving production performance, and ensuring customer delivery commitments are achieved through the effective management of throughput, work-in-process (WIP), constraints, and recovery plans.

To be considered for Operations Leader, Data Center Cooling (DCC), here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.

  • Experience managing production performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, visual management, and continuous improvement principles.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational results.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

As an Operations Leader, Data Center Cooling (DCC), you will:

  • Own daily delivery performance and execution of the production plan to meet customer commitments.

  • Monitor schedule attainment, conduct daily operational reviews, and proactively address risks to delivery.

  • Partner with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to maintain alignment and production flow.

  • Drive throughput across all DCC manufacturing processes by optimizing cycle times, resource utilization, and workflow efficiency.

  • Identify bottlenecks, manage production constraints, and implement corrective actions to improve output and performance.

  • Maintain disciplined control of work-in-process (WIP), aging orders, and production priorities to ensure balanced flow and on-time delivery.

  • Utilize visual management tools and operational metrics to drive accountability and operational excellence.

  • Coordinate resources to address labor, equipment, material, quality, and process constraints.

  • Develop and execute recovery plans to mitigate production disruptions, material shortages, quality issues, and missed schedules.

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues impacting Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory (SQDCI).

  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

  • Communicate operational performance, risks, mitigation plans, and recovery progress to leadership.

  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, team leads, and production personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

  • Champion employee safety, quality, delivery performance, and operational excellence across the DCC value stream.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range Transparency:

Murphy, NC $80,000.00-$95,000.00 Annually
