To thrive as a Visual Merchandiser, you need a strong sense of design, creativity, and an understanding of retail marketing principles, often supported by a degree in visual merchandising, design, or related fields. • Monitor merchandising execution, showroom maintenance, and presentation standards across all assigned locations.
  • Support annual and mid-year inventory activities while helping minimize merchandise damage and protect company assets.
  • Build strong relationships with Store Operations and leadership teams to ensure consistent communication and successful implementation of merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in visual merchandising, retail merchandising, interior design, or showroom management, including leadership experience.
  • Proven experience leading creative and merchandising teams in a multi-location retail environment.
