Summary
The Brand Experience & Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for shaping and executing the brand's presence across physical, digital, and experiential touchpoints. This role curates showroom displays, introduces new products, supports brand-led events, and manages social media content to ensure a cohesive, elevated brand experience.
This position focuses on brand expression and execution, not full-scale marketing strategy. The Specialist works closely with leadership and sales to bring the brand to life in a way that feels refined, consistent, and aligned with the company's luxury positioning.
Essential functions
Visual Merchandising & Displays
  • Design, install, and maintain showroom displays that reflect current collections, seasonal priorities, and brand standards
  • Curate product groupings, vignettes, and layouts that elevate the customer experience and support the sales process
  • Ensure the showroom is visually polished, organized, and on brand at all times
  • Refresh displays regularly to keep the environment inspiring and relevant

Brand Experience & New Product Launches
  • Coordinate the visual introduction of new products, collections, and vendors in the showroom
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales to understand product priorities and storytelling
  • Ensure new products are presented in a way that aligns with brand standards and enhances the client journey

Social Media & Brand Presence
  • Manage and execute social media content that reflects the brand's aesthetic, voice, and values
  • Capture and share showroom moments, displays, new products, and events
  • Maintain a consistent, elevated visual identity across social platforms
  • Partner with leadership to ensure social content aligns with broader brand initiatives

Events & Brand Activations
  • Support the planning and execution of brand-led events, showroom experiences, and client gatherings

  • Assist with pre- and post-event content capture for social media and brand use

Brand Consistency & Collaboration
  • Uphold brand standards across all physical and digital touchpoints, including signage, collateral, samples, and displays

  • Serve as a steward of the brand's look, feel, and in-showroom storytelling
