The Opportunity

We are seeking a Retail Coordinator to join our Puig Canada Retail & Visual Merchandising team, helping bring Puig's prestige brands, including Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Nina Ricci, to life across all consumer and retail touchpoints. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders to support product launches, elevate retail experiences, and ensure visual merchandising excellence across Canada's retail landscape. What you'll get to do

Retail Marketing

  • Partner with the Field Sales team to execute in-store activations, retail events, promotional programs, and consumer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Brand, Education, and Commercial teams to deliver merchandising tools, training materials, and launch support for field teams and retail partners
  • Track ROI, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future retail initiatives
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and retail partners to ensure seamless execution and strong brand visibility
  • Support budget tracking, purchase order management, and retail calendar coordination
  • Identify opportunities to improve execution, processes, and the overall retail experience

Visual Merchandising

  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Global teams to adapt and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with global brand guidelines while meeting local market needs
  • Ensure consistent and elevated brand representation across all retail environments, delivering premium consumer experiences at every touchpoint
  • Coordinate the production and installation of visual merchandising elements, including displays, fixtures, graphics, testers, animations, and retail event materials
  • Develop visual presentations and merchandising communication tools to support retailer and vendor execution
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to manage project timelines, budgets, production quality, and installation schedules
  • Support the negotiation and administration of vendor agreements and project scopes
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of planograms, merchandising guidelines, and retail execution standards
  • Conduct store visits and partner with retailers, field teams, and vendors to ensure flawless execution, identify opportunities, and maintain brand standards
  • Monitor retail environments, consumer trends, and competitive activity to provide recommendations that continuously enhance the consumer experience and visual impact
We'd love to meet you if you have

   Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field
   1-3 years of experience in trade marketing, visual merchandising, retail marketing, or a related function, preferably within beauty, fashion, luxury, or consumer goods
   Strong understanding of omnichannel retail, consumer marketing, and luxury brand execution
   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
   Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
   Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
   Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
   Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
   Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to support decision-making
   Creative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
   Passion for luxury beauty, fragrance, fashion, and retail excellence
   Fluency in English is required; French language skills are considered an asset
   Willingness to travel within Canada for store visits, retail activations, and events as needed
   This role requires regular handling of materials, including lifting and transporting heavy boxes in accordance with safety guidelines
