Responsibilities Consistently greet customers and educate them on current promotions. Complete the markdown process in a timely manner with accuracy per company standards. Sign/advertise merchandise accurately and promote current promotions. Process sales transactions via POS register, adhering to checkout standards. Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs; assist customers in the fitting room for sizing, color, fit, etc. Collaborate with store management to organize marketing and promotional campaigns and coordinate staff schedules. Resolve customer issues while aligning with the core values of trust, integrity, and respect. Build rapport with customers and team, fostering repeat business and engaged associates. Maintain sales‐floor standards, replenishment, presentation, appearance, and cleanliness. Participate in training for new company programs, procedures, and technologies. Model and coach selling behaviors to meet or exceed key performance indicators. Adhere to Asset Protection, health & safety, and emergency protocols. Complete tasks or special projects assigned by store leadership. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; a 4‐year degree or relevant work experience preferred. Minimum 1+ year supervisory experience in a similar volume environment or a proven track record of effectively supervising a selling workforce. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and service, establish and maintain client relationships, and complete operational tasks. Experience training and coaching associates on selling behaviors for high performance. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
