Job Overview:

Pay Range: $20hr - $25hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • OIG/GSA and Background screenings required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—primarily InDesign—with a strong background in graphic design; experience with 2D and 3D renderings is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a multi-brand retail environment.
  • Proven ability to create and manage a high volume of associate-facing documents.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and distribute monthly in-store marketing and visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring timely delivery to all stores.
  • Support new store openings, remodels, and relocations by providing updated guidelines and materials as needed, including graphics checklist.
  • Assist in creating new & concept guidelines and supporting materials for ongoing and upcoming special projects.
  • Own and maintain the graphics and prop catalog.
